Special services provided for clients

  • C.E.R.T offers security consultations meetings with management and residents at no extra cost for all contracted property(s). 

  • We do monthly lights out inspection for properties, to inform which one(s) are not functional.

  • We occasionally provide a two man vehicle patrol free of charge. 

  • We will serve eviction notice(s) on your behalf or standby to ensure compliance. 

  • Officers will conduct lockups and unlocks of the facilities. 

  • We have watch commanders that check on patrol and dedicated officers at all times.
