C.E.R.T officers are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees generating a feeling of community and safety. Our uniformed security officers are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by actively engaging transients and all other property infractions. Our goal is to establish a peaceful and friendly community for all residents, management and guest.
