C.E.R.T officers are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to patrons, residents and employees generating a feeling of community and safety. Committed Elite Response Team was established with a vision of bringing a new standard in the security industry. We have taken a unique approach to the business of contract security. We offers free of charge, supervisory personnel to insure strict adherence to our general orders and your rules, regulations and ordinances.
Our supervisors are utilized as a liaison between Committed Elite Response Team and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for your convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that in order to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.
Many of our competitors employ minimally screened and trained officers. As a high standards employment company, our employment openings are infrequent and allow us the luxury of evaluating many applicants per single position - a luxury very rare in this industry. Our team of security specialists is comprised of professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, corrections, military services, fugitive recovery, and related industries. Our approach involves a proactive theory of well-groomed, exceptionally trained, uniformed security officers.
